Lost track of this for the past couple of days. Did have a couple of serious breaches of the diet. These involved Oreo Cakesters, Willy Wonka Nerds and pink bunny peeps!! The resultant headache and coma like sleep was my reward as well as a sense of deep personal loathing.
Went to sleep at 02:00am awoke at 07:15 back to sleep at 09:45

Up and out by 07:45 am for my podiatrist appointment. Walked with Sharon and Carmen and sat under the umbrella tree reading my Kindle. Walked up to the surgery around 08:40. 30 minutes of pain as she dug out nail from the right and the left big toe! Out by 09:20. Walked down to Waitrose and around (again in a daze). Then down via the floating bridge back around and home.

Today was a serious fail. So ashamed can’t even comment. Needless to say it involved Oreo Cakesters (part of the Alachia Horde).
