Lost track of this for the past couple of days. Did have a couple of serious breaches of the diet. These involved Oreo Cakesters, Willy Wonka Nerds and pink bunny peeps!! The resultant headache and coma like sleep was my reward as well as a sense of deep personal loathing. Exhausted, Not sure why. Went to bed at 01:45am woke up at 07:00 and back asleep by 08:30. 07:15 Cup of Tea 16:45 Bowl of Kellogg’s Fruit n Fibre 17:00 Tablets / Actimel 17:15 Cup of Tea *still very tired*  20:45 Dinner Salmon / Cod fillets in parsley sauce with sweet corn and boiled potatoes.

07:15 Cup of Tea Up and out by 07:45 am for my podiatrist appointment. Walked with Sharon and Carmen and sat under the umbrella tree reading my Kindle. Walked up to the surgery around 08:40. 30 minutes of pain as she dug out nail from the right and the left big toe! Out by 09:20. Walked down to Waitrose and around (again in a daze). Then down via the floating bridge back around and home.  ...
